Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

According to Section 56 of the Law of Obligations Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins from the day the goods have reached the consumer.

Gabrié online store’s return policy is valid for 14 days from the receipt of the goods. During this period, the customer has the right to:

  • return the product and receive a refund;

  • exchange the product for the same or equivalent product (subject to stock availability).

Conditions for Returned Goods

The returned product must be:

  • unused and unworn;

  • in its original packaging;

  • with all tags and labels attached.

The product may only be tried on to the extent necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning — under the same conditions as in a physical store. When returning, the product must be packaged in a way that prevents transport damage.

If the returned product is used, dirty, damaged, or without original packaging, Gabrié clothing store has the right to refuse the refund or reduce the reimbursable amount according to the depreciation of the product’s value.

Return Process

To return a product, please:

  • Send an email to info@gabrie.ee within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

  • Include the order number and reason for return in the email.

  • The basis for the return is an invoice or receipt proving the purchase.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the customer will be informed whether the product is eligible for a refund.

The refund will be made immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods, to the same bank account from which the purchase was made.

Product Exchange

Exchange of the product is possible if:

  • the product has a manufacturing defect;

  • the customer has received the wrong or already used product.

Return Shipping Costs

If the product meets the return conditions, the customer bears the return shipping costs, except when the return reason is a defective or incorrect product.
