The buyer has the following options for receiving goods:

Smartpost parcel machines
DPD parcel machines
The buyer bears the shipping costs, which are shown with each delivery option.
Domestic shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the buyer’s specified destination within 2-3 working days from the conclusion of the sales contract. Deliveries outside Estonia take up to 14 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the seller has the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the online store contract within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used otherwise than necessary to establish their nature, properties, and functioning in the same way as allowed when trying goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for other purposes than necessary to verify their nature, properties, and functioning, or show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount accordingly.
To return goods, a request must be sent to the email address info@gabrie.ee no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except if the return reason is that the product does not conform to the order (e.g., wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal request or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within the specified period.
The Online Store will refund all payments received under the contract to the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request and the returned goods.
The Online Store may refuse refunds until it has received the returned goods or the buyer has provided proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer explicitly chooses a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obliged to refund the cost exceeding the standard delivery fee.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of goods if the product price was significantly misstated below market value due to an error.
Right to claim
The Online Store is responsible for goods sold to the buyer that are non-conforming or defective at the time of delivery, for up to two years from the date the goods were delivered to the buyer. For the first year from delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery, and the Online Store has the burden to prove otherwise.
The buyer must report defects within two months by emailing info@gabrie.ee.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that arise after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If a product purchased from the Online Store has defects covered by the Online Store’s responsibility, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective product. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Online Store will refund all payments made under the sales contract.
The Online Store will respond to consumer complaints in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
